Viking VK400119997 Overview
The VK40011-9997 Professional 3-Ply Mirror Finish 17-Piece Cookware Set (Induction Compatible)
Features:
Viking Professional 3-Ply Mirrored Finish 17 Piece Set
This set features vented glass lids that make it easy to see what is happening during the cooking process while also reducing the chance of boil-overs. The interior of the saucepans and stockpots are marked with easy-to-use measurement markings so you know how much rice or liquid to add. The bonded construction features a magnetic exterior layer of stainless steel that makes the pans induction compatible. You can lift the cooked pasta right out and strain it over the pan, keeping your pasta water hot to cook another batch or use for finishing a sauce. The multipurpose pasta insert is great for steaming shellfish, cooking seafood, and much more. The lids are oven safe to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, making it easy to finish a dish in the oven or even bake an entire casserole in the pan and take it right to the table for serving. All of the lids and cookware are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing to help maintain the mirror-polished finish and extend the life of the cookware.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future.
Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies.
It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.
Appliances
can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new
appliances
should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.
