However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 214-295-8460 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Shipping and Delivery Options:

Designer Home Surplus ships and delivers your appliance using methods that are economical, quick, and secure. Our shipping options depend on the size and construction of the item.

Standard Smaller Item Delivery: Ships UPS* Order delivers 1-7 business days after it leaves the warehouse depending on the delivery location.

*Please note that transit times are from when the order ships, not from when the order was placed.

Large Items: Large items such as ranges, full-size refrigerators, or delicate items like glass cooktops, etc. require Freight Shipment.

Your Freight Delivery options are:

Standard Delivery - This includes delivery to your front door (steps are not included). Always check your delivery upon arrival and if you notice any damage refuse the delivery, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately at 214-295-8460.

White Glove Delivery - This delivery includes delivery to the room of your choice and packaging removal. Inspect your item at the time of delivery if you notice any problem please contact our customer service department at 214-306-6900.

Nation-wide deliveries are only made on business days (Monday - Friday)
Local Dallas - Ft Worth deliveries are Monday - Friday and (Saturdays by special appointment with added fee)

Freight delivery times are generally 1-2 weeks*. If you live in a remote area, have a steep or unusual driveway, or a ferry is required to complete the delivery, additional time and charges may apply. Returns on freight items must also be returned via freight.

Expedited Deliveries Notice: You must call our sales team to ensure your item is eligible. We cannot guarantee expedited deliveries but will make all efforts to meet an expedited schedule.
