I purchased an item online from Designer Home Surplus and then realized that the finish of the faucet did not match the hardware in my kitchen. I contacted them and explained the situation. They were very understanding and canceled the order and issued an immediate refund. Outstanding customer service! I will definately check out their inventory when I need to make future purchases. |

I have purchased a few items from DHS with great satisfaction and I will continue to do so. However, on one eBay purchase it took a full 6 days for a refrigerator door handle to go through DHS's shipping and handling system. This is not the norm for DHS so I was surprised.
Like I said, I will continue to shop at DHS.

Items purchased were as described, and at less than 40% the retail cost, and price charged locally. The silver pedestal was painted with appliance white, and the unit accurately described as damaged, was damaged only cosmetically, and was repaired to the point where the damage is not not noticeable. Shipping was reasonable for the size of the item, and arrived sooner than expected. I will keep looking at your site for specials, and will keep you in mind when I begin remodeling my kitchen. |
